A flow-through share issue was completed.  The money raised will be used to conduct an electromagnetic (EM) survey on two claims of the Darby property.

Five new claims were staked in the eastern Athabasca Basin to augment the Darby property and to acquire two new targets, Waterfound and Moon Lake.  Darby now totals 11,015 ha and is contiguous with the property that contains the world-class Cigar Lake deposit.  Waterfound is 1,694 ha and Moon Lake is 1,637 ha.  Land holdings now total 14,346 ha, all 100% owned by Pitchstone.

A seed round share offering was completed and oversubscribed.

Pitchstone Exploration Ltd. was incorporated in British Columbia.

Three claims totaling 4,138 ha (Darby property) were staked in proximity to McArthur River and Cigar Lake mines.
