Our directors and officers have an unusually strong background in uranium and all aspects of mineral exploration, development and production. These individuals also have a broad spectrum of expertise that includes public company experience, finance and corporate governance.

Co-founder of Pitchstone Exploration Ltd. in March 2003. President of Trueman Consulting Ltd. since 1985.
Previously, Manager Minerals, CDC Oil & Gas Ltd., Senior Exploration
Geologist, Eldorado Nuclear Ltd., Geologist with Trigg, Woollett &
Associates Ltd. and Mine Geologist at Port Radium, Northwest
Territories. Mr. Trueman has extensive uranium experience throughout Canada where he has evaluated uranium prospects in every province and territory. He has also been involved in uranium exploration in the United States, Australia and Africa. At Beaverlodge, Saskatchewan, he supervised exploration for Eldorado Nuclear that was successful in developing several new deposits including the Dubyna Lake mine. In the Athabasca Basin he was involved in many exploration programs including those at Midwest Lake and the Carswell Structure. He was responsible for all facets of geological control and ore reserve estimation at the Port Radium mine, NWT. As a consultant to BHP Minerals he was closely involved with exploration that led to the discovery of the Ulu, Boston, Doris and Madrid gold deposits, Nunavut.
He served on the CIM Committee that established the guidelines for
resource and reserve estimation specific to uranium. Mr. Trueman's worldwide exposure to all of the major geological types of uranium deposits has enabled him to direct Pitchstone's exploration efforts to some of the most prospective areas in the world.
Steven J. Blower
B.Sc., M.Sc.

Mr. Blower earned a B.Sc. degree in geology from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in geology (MinEx) from Queens University, Ontario. He has
20 years of experience in exploration, production and resource estimation. Steve most recently worked with AMEC Americas Ltd. as a Principal Geologist and Qualified Person conducting mineral resource estimates and geologic studies on advanced properties and mine operations around the world. He was also a Senior Mineral Resource Geologist for Snowden Consultants. Prior to this he was the Mine Geologist at the Huckleberry and Similco open pit mines in British Columbia, responsible for exploration, mine geology and grade control at both of those operations. Steve's experience also includes participation in, and management of, gold exploration programs through Total Energold Corp. and Minnova, Inc. (now Inmet), and base metal campaigns through Minnova, Inc.

George N. Woollett

Mr. Woollett is President of Woollett Consulting Ltd. and a partner in Trigg, Woollett & Associates. He formerly was Vice President of Kit Resources Ltd., a gold exploration company. His uranium experience commenced with Eldorado Nuclear Ltd.
where he served as Chief Geologist at their Port Radium
operation and later as Chief Mine Geologist at Eldorado's Beaverlodge operation. He was also Chief Geologist of Bralorne Pioneer Mines Ltd at the Bralorne gold mine. Mr. Woollett has over 40 years experience in mineral exploration and mining, primarily in uranium and precious metals, of which 30 years have been as a consultant to clients in western and northern Canada and internationally. Clients including Echo Bay Mines Ltd., Numac Oil and Gas Ltd., Esso Minerals Canada, King Resources Ltd., and the Geological Survey of Canada. His consulting company was active in property acquisition and exploration in the Athabasca Basin leading to the discovery of the Midwest uranium deposit and the discovery of the Mountain Lake uranium deposit in the Hornby Bay Basin in the 1970's. His company created and operated a joint venture which was successful in the discovery of gold deposits in the Back River area of Nunavut. As a consultant, Mr. Woollett has extensive experience in the estimation of ore reserves and resources in uranium and precious metals at producing mining operations in Canada and the United States and has participated in the development of major gold mines in Canada and the United States.
Robert C. (Bob) Armstrong

Co-founder of Pitchstone Exploration Ltd. in March 2003
and served initially as Chairman of the public company. President, Armstrong Associates International, LLC, Denver, Colorado. Previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Echo Bay Mines Ltd. and with Cominco Limited as General Manager at Pine Point zinc-lead mine, General Superintendent at Polaris zinc-lead mine, Chief Geologist at Pine Point and Senior Geologist in the exploration division. Dr. Armstrong obtained geological degrees from the University of British Columbia and Queens University. His broad experience during 40 years in the mining industry, including very senior management
and executive levels, adds immensely to Pitchstone. His prior overall responsibility for all production, construction, exploration, ore reserve and environmental functions of a major mining company covers all facets of the mining industry. He has experience in North and South America, the Far East, Europe and Russia with gold, base metals and uranium, and in both underground and open pit mining. He is also a director of a public base and precious metals mining company.

Paul Geyer
B.A.Sc., P.Eng, Director
CEO of LightIntegra Technology Inc., a private medical device technology company
and Chairman of Science World British Columbia. He is currently on the board of
directors of the Life Sciences British Columbia industry association
and is also a director of a number of public and private companies
in the medical technology field. Mr. Geyer graduated in
electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia, has
taken numerous postgraduate courses in bio-medical engineering and
medical technology, and has completed the Canadian Securities
course. In 1998, Mr. Geyer received the Entrepreneur of the
Year Award from the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and in 1999 was
named as one of the '40 Under 40 Award winners for the top business
people in British Columbia.
Eric L. Schwitzer
B.Sc., S.M., CBV, Director
Currently Vice-Chairman of Lincoln Peck Financial. Formerly Managing Partner
of Enterprise Capital Management Inc.,
a fund management company. Formerly Senior Vice President, Strategic Development at Westcoast Energy Inc. Until 1999, Managing Director of ScotiaMcLeod Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of Nova Scotia and one of Canada's leading full service investment banking firms. Currently a
director of SNP Split Corp. and
North West Upgrading Inc. He also served on the boards of
Esprit Energy Trust, VersaCold Income Fund, Luscar Coal Income Fund, KMS Power Income Fund, Peoples Trust, Diamet Resources and Pacific Northern Gas. Mr. Schwitzer has a broad business background that includes billions of dollars of financings in public and private markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, business valuations and expert financial testimony. He has a B.Sc. in
mathematics from McGill University, a Science Management degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a Certified Business Valuator.

Mark T. Brown
B.Comm., CA, Chief Financial Officer
President of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd., a company that advises and invests in emerging companies. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, formerly worked with Miramar Mining Corporation, Northern Orion Exploration Ltd. and Eldorado Gold Corporation, and is a director or officer of other TSX Venture Exchange mineral resource companies. Since graduating from the University of British Columbia, Mr. Brown has gained a great deal of experience in the mining sector. This includes raising equity and debt capital, participating in mergers and acquisitions, operating junior companies and providing accounting and regulatory services.
