Pitchstone Strengthens Exploration Team
with addition of Steve Blower

Pitchstone is pleased to announce that Mr. Steve Blower, P.Geo., has joined the company as Director of Exploration and will be based in Vancouver. Steve earned a B.Sc. in geology from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. (MinEx) from Queens University, Ontario. He has 18 years experience in exploration and production, including extensive resource estimation experience. Steve most recently worked with AMEC Americas Ltd. as a Principal Geologist and Qualified Person for mineral resource estimates and geologic studies on advanced properties and mine operations around the world. Previously he was the Mine Geologist at the Huckleberry and Similco mines, and also has extensive exploration experience with a variety of commodities.

Pitchstone is an aggressive uranium exploration company with eight exploration projects in the eastern Athabasca Basin, three projects in the Hornby Bay Basin, Nunavut and NWT, and participates in a major land position in Gabon. These projects include a 50% interest in an inferred uranium resource in the Mountain Lake deposit, Nunavut (NI 43-101 compliant estimate; News Release 05.01, Oct. 14, 2005).
